If you’re looking for some recipes for juicers, you will be pleased to know you can find them just about everywhere. You will usually get a little recipe booklet when you buy your new juicer, and it can often be found tucked away in the box along with the manufacturers operating instructions.
But, if you’re not given a recipe book, do not despair, as there are plenty more to be found.
Here are some delicious juice recipes you might like to try:
2 large apples
3 cups of whole strawberries
If you have a juicer that’s capable of taking whole apples, you can simply place them directly into the feeding chute. When it comes to adding the strawberries, you may want to take the green off the top of the fruit, but it’s entirely up to you.
This is a delicious recipe that can be enjoyed with a bit of low-fat yogurt, or simply on its own. Once the juicer has finished processing the fruit, simply stir or shake the fruit, and serve. Enjoy.
Hard To Beet
1 beet root
4 large carrots
3 stick3 of celery
½ a cucumber
1 inch of ginger
Simply add the above ingredients to your juicer, unless you need to chop the carrots and beet root. Faster juicers will make lighter work of hard vegetables. Shake or stir the ingredients and serve. Enjoy.
1 apple (Preferably red)
1 medium grapefruit
2 medium peaches.
If you have a juicer that’s capable of taking whole apples, you can simply place them directly into the feeding chute. Otherwise, please chop up your ingredients, (Don’t forget to peel the grapefruit) Shake or stir the ingredients once they have been juiced, and serve. Enjoy.
4 red cabbage leaves
½ a lemon with rind
2 medium pears
Masticating and triturating juicers will make better work of the cabbage leaves, but if you only have a centrifugal juicer, the cabbage will be chopped up, but you may not get as much as you would in other juicers. If you have a dual-speed juicer, be sure to set it to the slowest speed before you add the cabbage. Remove the pear stalk, and any lemon seeds. Add the ingredients to the juicer, and let it work its magic. Once you have the juice, Shake or stir the ingredients once they have been juiced, and serve. Enjoy.
